Papaver orientale ‘Royal Wedding’ (Oriental Poppy) has large, pure white flowers in late spring. ‘Royal Wedding’ Poppy is a superior seed grown variety that makes a stunning companion to salvia (sage).
Description
32-36″ tall x 24″ wide (seed propagated). This is a beautiful white-flowered variety. ‘Royal Wedding’ makes a stunning companion when planted with Salvia ‘Blue Hill’ or ‘May Night’. These poppies go dormant in summer, so mix them into perennial beds with other tall growing perennials to cover up the browning foliage.
